The White House accommodations are truly spacious and elegant, inviting one to come enjoy the charm of this 170-year-old New England mansion. Greek revival and Italianate style with its marble fireplaces, columns, temple-like façade, porches and iconic capitals define this spacious home. An acre of lawn dotted with English floral gardens and an antique gazebo surrounded by stately trees compels guests to linger on a warm spring day.
Our lovely rooms are graced with deep plaster moldings, ornate millwork and many original plaster-ceiling medallions, true to the era. Each nook and cove hides exquisite details, which may require a second look to fully appreciate how each adds to the grandeur of this historic inn. Come explore its uniqueness, and rest a bit in the resplendent glory of old.
