The Belfast inns take particular pride in featuring fresh ingredients from the farms and harbors of Maine. Many of the inns' guests have repeatedly asked for copies of special recipes that they enjoyed while visiting. For that reason, the inns have joined to create this 148 page cookbook -- to give us the chance to share some of our favorite dishes and treats with those who come to visit Belfast, Maine.
