Overnight AccommodationsEach guest room has been newly redecorated; rooms have air conditioning, and each a new or remodeled private bathroom. Most baths have a window for natural lighting. Telephones are in each room to place outgoing calls. Local calls are complimentary, long-distance calling requires a calling card with an 800 number access. If you are expecting incoming calls while a guest, the guest line number is (207) 338-4349. LONDONDERRY SUITE - $155 Stunning two-room suite with queen-size bed. Beautifully decorated with warm shades of yellow. The high ceiling is graced with a silver and crystal chandelier, and allows the seven foot draped headboard to add to the very English ambiance of this room. This extra-nice suite is perfect for extended stays. For additional privacy when traveling with a third person, guests step down to the large sitting area with a twin bed and cable TV. A large private bath with a combination shower/tub adds to this suite. |

COPPER BEECH SUITE - $160 Stunning two-room suite with its custom designed, heavily draped, very large bombay mahogany canopy that clouds above the queen-size bed. The separate large sitting area can easily accommodate a third person with its twin bed. The soft greens and bronzes of this room provide a relaxing and peaceful setting. The adjoining bath has a combination shower/tub and beautiful view of the botanical gardens and water pond.

HOMEPORT - $170 In the Carriage House for ultimate privacy this extra-large room on the first floor is reminiscent of the interior of an 1800's ship captains cabin. The original wainscoting walls have been left in place and touches of nautical items add to this room's theme. The room features a queen-size bed and combination Jacuzzi tub/shower in the bath. TV/VCR, cable and in-room hot beverage service are provided. Private entrance opens to the landscaped botanical gardens and terrace. |

Main Amenities
- Individually decorated guest rooms with king or queen beds (twin beds are available in one room) are filled with a blend of antiques and reproduction furnishings. Luxurious bed linens complete the setting.
- Private baths featuring the highest quality of personal care products, hair dryers, and plush Egyptian cotton towels.
- Early morning coffee and tea are available at 7:30 a.m. in the dining room. A full gourmet breakfast is graciously presented at 8:30 a.m. Guests must provide any special dietary requirements at the time the reservation is made.
- Parlors, library, terrace, and gardens are for our guests' enjoyment. The library, with its comfortable furnishings, collection of reading materials, and board games, is a favorite place for guests to gather. Telephones are available in guest rooms.
Guest Room Rates
Rates range from $125 to $185 per night, one night minimum stay, and are based on double occupancy. Rates are not raised during peak season. A deposit of one night's lodging is required to secure reservations. If paying by check or money order, reservations are held seven days, pending receipt of deposit as confirmation. Reservations made within ten days of your arrival must be guaranteed with a credit card. Rates quoted do not include Maine State lodging tax. Rates are subject to change.
- Singles deduct $5, triples add $40 to room rate per night;
- Stays of four nights or more, $10 less per night;

Arrival/Departure Times
Preferred check-in time is after 3 p.m. and prior to 8 p.m. unless special arrangements have been made. Check-out time is 10:30 a.m.

- Special occasions--let us know in advance so we can make arrangements to chill a bottle of wine or champagne, deliver a card or gift to the room, or prepare a special dessert for the celebration.
- Hearty box lunches to go with advanced notice.

Cancellation Policy
Should it become necessary to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee per room, provided we receive notice via email 14 days or more before your scheduled arrival date. If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be returned, less a $25 processing fee per room, only if we are able to rebook the accommodations that were reserved. Cancellations occurring within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival, no-shows, and early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation. We are sorry, but we are not able to offer refunds in the event of illness, emergency, inclement weather or any other circumstances that are beyond our control.
